- Full Metal 60% Mechanical Keyboard: The Keychron Q4 is a 61-key custom full-metal QMK wireless mechanical keyboard. The entire metal body is crafted with 6063 aluminum, processed through CNC machined, polished, anodized, sandblasted, and undergoes 24 more manufacturing stages. Q4 is designed for premium typing comfort and all the premium features with unlimited possibilities, it will deliver you unprecedented typing experience!
- All-Around QMK Custom Mechanical Keyboard: Keychron Q4 allows everyone to customize keyboard keys, simply connect the Q4 to your device with a cable, drag and drop your favorite keys or macro commands to remap any key you want on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux). Keychron designed every component easily assembled. With QMK support, you can easily program and remap each key on the keyboard. The open-source firmware means endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects, and more. Note: User can remap a key on wired mode only. Once it's done, the keymap will work on both wireless and wired modes.
- Hot-swappable Support: The pre-lubed Gateron G Pro mechanical linear red switch provides an unrivaled tactile response with millions of keystroke life. You can hot-swap the Q4 Pro with almost all 3 pin and 5 pin MX mechanical switches (such as Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.)and no need soldering. The PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizer for “big keys” such as space bar, shift, enter, and delete are designed for less wobbliness and smooth performance.
- Innovative Double Gasket Design: The double-Gasket Structure allows the keyboard to maintain the flexibility of the gasket structure and promote the overall typing sound. We add silicone pads between the top and bottom cases to significantly reduce the sound resonance between the metals and reduce the noise of the impacted metals.
- Double-shot PBT Keycaps: To improve your typing experience, Keychron built a new profile (OSA profile) double-shot keycap set with premium non-backlight shine through PBT material, the double-shot PBT keycap provides excellent oil-resistance, enhances typing feel, and prevents the characters from fading out for long-term use.
- 22 Type South-facing RGB Backlight: South-Facing RGB Backlight is designed to better illuminate the keyboard, and backlight from the typist’s angle with the premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps comes with 22 types of RGB backlight settings. You can further fine-tune the RGB hue, saturation, brightness, effect speed, and different modes, or even remap these keys with QMK/VIA.
